| | Credit terms | Extended at the discretion of Europaeus USA, Inc. Credit application must be submitted and approved. For established accounts, terms are NET 30 DAYS from date of invoice. |
| | Past due accounts | A charge of 1-1/2% per month (18% per year) will be placed on all past due accounts. Delinquent accounts will receive notification for payment and action by collection agency if amount is not settled within a specified time period. Collection and legal fees are charged to the delinquent account. |
| | Returns | A re-stocking fee of 20% plus freight will be applied to all mis-ordered items and refused orders. |
| | Samples | Samples are NOT free of charge. The small order charge will be waived for sample order, however. |
| | Back orders | All back orders are shipped unless instructions to the contrary are given at the time of ordering. |
| | Freight claims | Goods should be inspected upon receipt and damage claims must be reported to Customer Service within 10 days of receipt of goods. |
| | Shipments | The fastest and most economical carrier will be chosen, unless otherwise instructed. Requests for air shipments and expedited freight must be prepaid by customer at time of shipment. |
| | International orders | Orders from customers outside of the USA and Canada must be prepaid by wire transfer in U.S. Dollars to our bank. Bank information will be supplied by our Customer Service department. |
